Litigation and Intellectual Property Legal Administrative Assistant
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, in our Boston office. Previous litigation and/or IP experience in a law firm is preferred.

Float Legal Administrative Assistant
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Previous experience in a professional services firm is preferred, but candidates without such experience who demonstrate a genuine interest in working in a law firm will be considered. Candidates will primarily be based in our Worcester office, but must have the ability to travel to Westborough and Boston.

Responsibilities for both positions include working closely with attorneys, paralegals and other legal administrative assistants to provide administrative support in the areas of document production, calendar/file maintenance, time entry, and scheduling meetings with clients. The Firm seeks candidates who are team-oriented, quality-focused, and have a strong attention to detail, and who possess outstanding computer, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
