Elder Law Coordinator, Paralegal
Brenda is a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates Group and the firm's Elder Law Outreach Coordinator. She specializes in elder law, Medicaid planning, serves as a liaison in the elder community and is an advocate for our clients with elder service providers. Brenda received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Middlesex Community College and her AS with high honors from Bentley College. She earned her BA with a Marketing Concentration from Southern New Hampshire University, receiving their Outstanding Graduate award. Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell, Brenda was a paralegal for the Law Offices of Arthur P. Bergeron. She is secretary of the Marlborough Council on Aging Board, past president of the BayPath Elder Services Board and a member of Elder Community Collaborative. Brenda serves on the advisory committee for the COME 2 B Dementia Friendly initiative for Marlborough, Northborough, Hudson, Westborough and Sudbury and serves as a member of the Alzheimer’s Association’s MetroWest Alzheimer's Partnership.
