Tatiana R. Tway
Tatiana joined Mirick O’Connell in September 2021 as an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group.  As a general business litigator, she advises clients on various types of litigation matters, including but not limited to, corporate governance and management disputes, shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, breach-of-contract claims, and claims involving fraud or unfair and deceptive trade practices.  Tatiana also focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation and advising clients on intellectual property matters.  She has experience drafting trial motions for intellectual property litigation, responses to office actions for both patents and trademarks, trademark applications, copyright applications, and patent applications.  She also reviews licensing agreements.
Prior to joining the Firm, Tatiana clerked for Justice Diana Maldonado of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.  During law school, she was an Intellectual Property Law Clerk with Bay State IP, LLC., a Programs Assistant with the Massachusetts Bar Association, and a Legal Intern to Judge Timothy Hillman of the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts in Worcester.
