Shannah L. Colbert

Shannah joined Mirick O’Connell as an Associate, after having served as a Summer Associate in 2022. She is a member of the Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy and Reorganization Group and the Real Estate and Environmental Law Group, assisting with all types of business real estate transactions. In 2023, Shannah received the Distinguished Bankruptcy Law Student Award for the First Circuit from the American College of Bankruptcy.

Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell, Shannah served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Frank J. Bailey in the United State Bankruptcy for the District of Massachusetts.
