Life Sciences

Mirick O’Connell has assisted companies in the life sciences for the last two decades, particularly in connection with growth of the life sciences industry in Central Massachusetts.  Because no other firm in Central Massachusetts provides the blend of services offered by our attorneys, the firm is uniquely positioned to serve clients in the life science sector.  We work with well-established companies as well as start-up enterprises, and have earned a strong reputation for excellence among the many educational institutions we represent in the life-sciences arena.

From intellectual property to corporate counsel and venture capital, from employment to land use, Mirick O’Connell provides creative, aggressive, and cost-effective representation to dozens of life science companies and institutions.  By way of example, we represent life sciences companies in a wide range of matters, including intellectual property protection, business and corporate issues, securing venture capital, real estate and land use questions, and labor and employment concerns.
