Danielle M. Kemp

Danielle joined Mirick O’Connell as an Associate in the Litigation Group, after having served as a Summer Associate in 2021. She focuses her practice on business and general litigation. She currently assists in handling matters in several areas of litigation across the Firm.

Danielle recently graduated from Boston College Law School, where she participated in the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Clinic, successfully representing a mother in an appeals case involving a 51A neglect finding by DCF.

Danielle also previously served as a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Massachusetts
