Amy is the firm’s office services manager. She joined Mirick O’Connell in 1984.
In this position, her responsibilities include overall management of the office services function including all office support systems and the office services support staff. She develops and implements the firm’s office services support systems and manages the copying, scanning, binding, faxing, messenger services and file storage and destruction. She coordinates firm socials and receptions. She oversees the maintenance and inventory of all office equipment and furniture and recommends new purchases or modifications when necessary. Amy is the system administrator for the phone, voicemail, lock and cost recovery systems. She manages the supply inventory, ordering, receiving and decision making. She maintains the safety and security of the facilities. She prepares the office services budget, monitors monthly expenses and continually evaluates current methods for implementation of cost-effective solutions. Amy is the firm liaison for visiting counsel. She is also responsible for coordinating moves, renovations and new office space.
Amy worked as project manager in the design, build-out and coordination of moves to our Boston and Westborough offices and managed renovations to our Worcester office.
