Aging Matters: A Monthly Elder Law Column in the MetroWest Daily News

Westborough, Massachusetts - July 8, 2012 - As part of a monthly Elder Law column in the MetroWest Daily News, Attorneys Arthur Bergeron and Christine Keane will address common elder law issues that they see every day. They will use a fictitious couple, Frank and Mary, to highlight the questions and concerns that many people encounter as they, or their loved ones, age.

In past columns, they have used a fictitious couple, Frank and Mary, to highlight the questions and concerns that many people encounter as they, or someone they love, age. This month, however, the focus will be on three basic estate planning documents: wills, health care proxies and durable powers of attorney.
