Diane is an active volunteer in the Northborough Chapter of The Neighbor Brigade. The Neighborhood Brigade is a network of volunteers who provide support to community families in crisis.  In the event of significant challenges such as illness or unexpected tragedy, Diane volunteers to provide home cooked meals, transportation and many other simple acts of kindness.

In addition, Diane exemplifies the firm's commitment to our communities by spearheading "Mirick Gives Back," a program that encourages firm-wide philanthropy, including an annual United Way fundraising campaign, Mirick O'Connell Heart Walk Team, Go Red for Women Day in support of the American Heart Association, a Giving Tree Program that grants holiday wishes for needy children, and the firm's holiday coat and food drives, among other initiatives.
