    Christine is an associate in the firm's Trusts and Estates Group.  She focuses her practice in estate planning and probate administration.  Christine's estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, health care proxies and durable powers of attorney.  Her practice also includes the preparation and implementation of irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, charitable remainder trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), limited liability companies (LLCs), charitable foundations, and prenuptial agreements. 


    Christine advises executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts, prepares complex estate tax returns, represents fiduciaries in estate tax audits with taxing authorities and represents and advises guardians and conservators of incapacitated adults and minors.

     

    In 2012, Christine was named a Massachusetts "Rising Star" by Boston magazine and Law & Politics.

     

    Prior to joining Mirick O'Connell, Christine was an associate with Nutter McClennen & Fish, LLP, in Boston, Massachusetts.
