Westborough, Massachusetts - March 13, 2012 - CiCi Van Tine, partner and chair of Mirick O'Connell's Family Law Group, was interviewed by Fox 25 News for a segment about how more people over the age of 50 are getting divorced.

 

(Fox 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Divorce in our country is actually on the decline, but one group is divorcing at a higher rate than ever before.  It's older folks.  New research says the divorce rate among people ages 50 and older has doubled over the past two decades.  So what's behind this?  CiCi Van Tine, divorce attorney with Mirick O'Connell, has more.
