John is a partner at the firm and concentrates on business litigation. He regularly appears in state and federal courts for U.S. and foreign clients on matters involving stock ownership and corporate control, corporate acquisition litigation, breach-of-contract cases and patent litigation.
In 2009 and 2010, John was named one of the "Top 100 Massachusetts Super Lawyers" by Boston magazine and Law & Politics. He has been named one of Massachusetts "Super Lawyers" every year since 2004 and was also named one of New England's "Super Lawyers" in 2007 and 2008. John was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for over the past ten years. He lectures regularly on business litigation topics for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.
